What This Covers

New construction is a different job from replacement. There is no tear-off and no existing roof to work around, but there is a build schedule, and the roof has to be on and watertight before the trades that follow it can start.

ABJ works with builders and general contractors on that basis, installing asphalt shingle roofs on the same Integrity Roof System specification used for replacements, with colored metal accent roofs available over porches, bays and entries where a builder wants the contrast.

Specifying at this stage is easier than retrofitting. Ventilation, underlayment and flashing details are decided before the deck is covered, rather than being worked around a decade later.
